"The cleanliness at the pool area was negligible, we stayed for two nights and not once was it cleaned, there was trash on the floor which had not been removed during the whole time. I asked for a travel bed for my baby and it was broken and could not be replaced and instead of a sheet for the bed I got a towel for my baby to sleep on. That is unacceptable. The room and bathroom were ok, but the overall condition of the hotel doesn’t correspond to four stars, it is very old-fashioned and run...
