"I booked this for my family and I as a one night stop on our way south from the UK. I was slightly nervous as had never stayed at a B&B Hotel prior to our stop in Epernay. I have to say that I was delighted, the room & hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff hugely helpful. The car park was secure and the location was a short (15 min) walk from Epernay centre so ideal for restaurants and the champagne houses. "It was terrible. Had overlooked there was no aircondition in the room and it was hot and humid. But what made the stay terrible was that there furnace was broken so you could only shower in very cold water."
