"Die Infrastruktur ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, die der Sternebewertung nicht entspricht. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht ausreichend. Die Mitarbeitenden waren durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - diese hätten eine Bewertung mit voller Punktzahl bekommen."

"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. A/C not working in the room (nobody came after telling the reception) You have to pay 5€ for an extra towel to go to the swimming pool or use the towel of your room, keeping in mind the towel dryer in the bathroom is not working in summer. Room was dirty, a lot of pieces ..."
