"I stayed here 3 nights and housekeeping never cleaned my room. It wasn't a big deal, until I realized someone stole my Airpods out of my backpack that was in the room. They are not very responsive in trying to get the issue resolved, but did admit a cleaning person took them home when I shared where they were located."

"I loved the convenience, it is near my relatives that I was visiting and to great restaurants and shops, I've stayed here before and liked it so it was the obvious choice for this visit."

"We sent for valet at 7 am to get our vehicle. No one knew where the valet person was. Finally after waiting for 2.5 hrs at 9:30 another employee showed up and the one that was working overnight we watched get out of her car. She was sleeping. There were 4 of us waiting for cars. Horrific service for a hotel such as this."

"Hotel was very sketchy. Very dated but clean enough. My issue was with a maintenance issue we had. Our shower was leaking heavily on the floor so we informed them and asked for more towels. They asked to come into the room to inspect while we were away, and we obliged. When we returned to the room late that evening, we found our door wide open and no towels left in the room at all, not even a hand towel.
