"This is a really beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The room was not ready when I arrived 1 1/2 hours before check-in, so I waited in the lobby. At 3 PM the room was still not ready, but they gave me an upgrade to another room. So they made it right. And they were very kind to give me a late checkout the next day."

"Apart from the friendly, helpful staff, the reception/restaurant area was very clean and well kept. Room a bit small but very clean, good a/c, nice washroom, blackout electronic blinds, desk & chair, tv, good lighting. Buffet breakfast at 12 euros was quite good and good value. Great location: a two minute walk from the train station and 5-15 from pretty much all the sites"

"Across street from train station. Helpful staff. Good water dispenser in lobby. Shower did not have stall - just drain in floor. Could live with this but it didnt drain well and I had an inch of water in whole bathroom!"

"The hotel was excellent value. The suite was very modern and well equipped. The included breakfast was very nice. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar to cool off after a warm day out and about. The tram outside the front door made getting to the centre of Montpellier very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!"
