We have stayed here several times and it is good value, breakfast is very good. Very close to train station and the city centre. Can be difficult to find if you do not have uptodate mapping. Best to use Waze.

Déception pour un 4 étoiles. Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure… Rien d’exceptionnel, au contraire : moquette tachée, pas de terrasse (la réceptionniste nous a indiqué qu’il fallait le préciser lors de la réservation) et aucune attention particulière alors que nous avions signalé qu’il s’agissait de notre anniversaire de mariage. Le personnel de réception est accueillant, ce qui n’est malheureusement pas le cas au bar. Une vraie catastrophe : personne — ou très peu — ne s’occupe de vous, et nous avons dû nous déplacer jusqu’au bar pour demander à être servis, pendant que le personnel passait son temps à discuter. L’emplacement, face à la gare de Montpellier Saint-Roch et à quelques pas du centre-ville, ne suffit pas à compenser ces manquements pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

L hôtel est bien situé mais plusieurs sujets: la chambre et l hôtel ont des moquettes très tachées. Cela ne fait pas très propre. Le coffre fort ne marchait pas! Le café n était pas réapprovisionné ou le thé dans la chambre. Pour un 4 étoile on a été déçus. Nous avions une toute petite fenêtre donc la chambre était très obscure.
