"Cleaning staff did not knock when entering the room which could have been embarrassing. Was a bit inconsistent in housekeeping like empty the garbage but not providing clean towels? Not a big deal as we asked the front desk and they quickly provided."

"The A/C was not working , was 26 Celcius in the room, took them half a day to send a technician who said "just keep your curtains shut", offered to bring a fan, eventually relocated us into a different room, which at first they said wasn't available. My friends stayed in other room - it smelled moldy, ..."
