Smooth sailing and swift staff

There was some confusion around our booking and it was complicated but the daytime staff at Best Western ste Catherine were great, Carlo and his teammate were able to resolve the issue for us quickly and swiftly.

Hotel is in very good condition, rooms are very clean and overall property is excellent. Breakfast would be better if included as expected at most Best Western Plus'. Outside area to sit in the warmer weather is very nice as well. You need to drive to most places from this location but parking is included so makes handy when driving into town.
