The staff is friendly, the room is clean and the price reasonable. The location is great supermarket, restaurant and entertainment within a 5 minutes walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book here again.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, provided coffee, tea bags, and hot chocolate. The view from the fourth-floor was nice, and the hotel's location is very convenient, close to the metro.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room is clean but not spacious. Even though it is called a hotel, it felt more like an upgraded hostel. If you are looking for just a place to crash during a short stay in Montreal, this would be a great option.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're in a squeeze for money—it's one of the cheaper hotels in the area, but it comes at a cost. The room is as advertised, but not as clean and new as the pictures. Check-in and check-out was straight forward and they were able to accommodate my late check-in, which I really appreciated. That being said, the overall experience was disappointing. Despite the hotel's condition, the area is not too bad and very accessible. Note: If you're traveling in the summer, be aware that the room is cooled by a very noisy and bulky AC unit.

Its not the fanciest hotel in Montreal. However, it was quiet, safe and close to downtown. The room definitely could use some upgrade. You need to message them a s let them know when youre checking in since there was no customer service around the clock. Id stay here again if i go back to Montreal.

Lovely staff, good service overall. Room was decently spacious given the price. Not exactly a lot of extras given, but for what it costs that's very understandable. Very centrally located, just a block away from Saint Denis and the Berri-UQAM Metro station, so that was also great.
