The staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt reassured with having 24/7 person at their main lobby. Plus, the price was reasonable. Overall, a good choice for my trip.

It was an ideal hotel for solo/couples or friends/family. Great location. Right downtown. Steps to the best shopping/dining/Gay Village About a 15min walk to Old Montreal and 20min walk to McGill University. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very clean-would just recommend one more garbage in the room other than the one in the bathroom. I would recommend and would stay again.

Room is definitely not what you expect as advertised. Room was old and they use a portable AC which they tape the vent to the opened window. Expect flys to come in to the room.
