"A lovely hotel in an excellent location in the heart of town next to lots of lively bars and restaurants. The room was really quiet, despite it being a very lively night as PSG had just won the Champions League! The old town and Cathedral were an easy walk away. The hotel had a great breakfast and the electric car charging was very convenient. We had a great stay and would love to go back!"

"un réveil tonitruant a 05:00 du matin avec du personnel qui traine des chariots de linge dans les couloirs en tapant dans l ascenseur ! ! je pensais qu on était en train d évacuer l' hôtel tellement il y avait de bruit et je dors avec des bouchons ! ! inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles qui n en vaut pas 4 d ailleurs ! bref mauvaise expérience"

"Just to make future guests aware the majority of rooms are in the old non-refurbished part of the hotel, not the refreshed images shown widely on Google and the booking sites. Our room and amenities would have been inline with a two star hotel. Tight floor plan, plain walls and hospital room vibe, hard unsupportive mattress, prickly bedsheets, air conditioning that was weak and made the room smell like a rubbish tip, one towel for two guests etc. Positives were that parking was secure and staff reasonable. My luke warm review is based in managing expectations. We believed that we were paying a higher rate for a room above a two star, based on the online images, and the reality was starkly different."

"Don't bother. Exceptionally rude and abusive staff. According to the website, check-in is from 14.00. Room not ready on arrival at 16.30 despite having checked in the day before online as requested and estimated our arrival time to be between 15.00-18.00. First room had cleaning staff in it who were rude when we had the audacity to walk in wondering why the door should have been left open. Second room given had not been cleaned properly, there was litter on the floor and the door lock broke on entry, which prompted the cleaner to shout at me in French in an abusive manner. Third room was missing the coffee machine advertised on the website and the safe did not work. Hotel lift was broken, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the third floor. Breakfast buffet would have been good if food was replenished, but this was not done when things ran out so the remaining choice was minimal. Nobody cared. As well as shouting at us, the cleaner also spoke about me in French to the reception staff in an extremely insulting manner in the mistaken belief that I didn't understand what he was saying. Absolutely dreadful, do not waste your money. The male cleaner needs an anger management course, retraining or dismissal; he was absolutely vile towards us."
