"The place is well run. The communal areas are clean and have what you need. The neighborhood is nice, everyone i took was gorgeous! And the perfect distance from the city."

"Pros of staying at this hotel: -staff was very friendly and helpful. -offsite parking was reasonably priced and close. -elevator was working. -close to Lincoln Park and Wrigley Fields. -room was bigger than most city hotel rooms. Cons of staying at this hotel: -dated property -musty smelling -rooms were dimly lit -room did not feel that clean because of the age of the carpet, tile in the bathroom, and furniture. I would not stay here again because the cons outweighed the pros for me."

"My adult son and me stayed at the hotel for two days early in June. The area looked nice and safe, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast (cereals, oatmeal, milk, coffee, and orange juice) was suitable for us and pretty good for the price. We did not need air conditioning, so we did not even try to turn it on, but we opened the window to let fresh air in; we both really liked it. "The staff at this Super 8 over the past week were very helpful and Harry at the front desk was great and helped us with our parking needs. This was greatly appreciated! Great place to stay! "Tv only had cable. No Netflix. Lids for coffee cups in room would be helpful. If I use the paper cup, I’m probably taking it somewhere. Room temp control was not user friendly and it was super warm even set at 69."

"This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town."
