"Tv didn’t work. Was locked out at midnight because key didn’t work. Loud banging early am above. Non responsive staff. Check in time said 2pm. Wasn’t allowed until 4pm. Asked for partial refund or credit or SOMETHING due to my awful experience was just told no. Extremely disappointing."
