"Die Zimmer waren modern und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der direkte Blick auf den Hafen. Zudem waren wir sehr mit der Sauberkeit zufrieden. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich, aber nicht sehr serviceorientiert. Vor allem der Abschied an der Rezeption viel etwas nüchtern und wenig gastfreundlich aus. Zudem hatten wir nicht den Eindruck, dass an der Rezeption darauf geachtet wurde, wer das Hotel betritt. Hier hätten wir und etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht.
