Stayed for 4nights with the teenage child. This was our first hotel where was no music in the restaurant , inside bar either outside around the swimming pool. The most quiet hotel we have ever stayed. The food was really nice, everyone nicely enjoyed the variety of sea food and meat. Little a bit confused about the explanation of either going for full board or half board as every person in reception was saying something different. Good selection of drinks , everyone could find something nice and enjoy. The room was clean and look after but you can clearly see that is run down a bit especially balcony. The nicest experience was a beach , clean and quiet and also big swimming pool. Schame the bar by the pool was close, couldn’t get a sun lounge on the beach either, no animation group too. Overall we had nice time there.

La vue pouvait aller. La chambre petite pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Pas de rangement. Aucun tiroir. Propreté à revoir. Un seul fauteuil pour 4 !!! Sur la terrasse 2 chaises pour 4 !!! Une réservation pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants... L'hôtel n'avait une réservation que pour 2 adultes... Cherchez l'erreur!!! Nous avons été abusés... Très mauvaise expérience... Mauvais séjour dans cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles... J'arrête là car j'aurai trop de choses à dire... Seul point positif: le personnel aimable.

Housekeeping standards are very poor here, no fresh towels provided during a 2 night stay and dirty towels left behind on the floor. Outdated and dirty rooms. Breakfast is average, there is always a long que to enter the breakfast area. Deposit required to enter the gym and for beach towels. Would not stay here again.

On the beach hotel, family-friendly, amazing pool!

A very big family-friendly hotel with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach! Obviously very crowded in the middle of August... but clean and well organized. A special note for the amazing Tahiti's style swimming pool with pool bar and daily funny water activities. There is also a nice small fitness-room with Technogym equipment. The room was regular, maybe a bit small for big luggages, nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was good with a large choice of food, while dinner was more complicated (waiting cue), the food was good but not excellent. In my opinion main drinks should be included. The hotel is only 3 minutes away from the city main street for a relaxing night-walk through bars, restaurants and shops. We had a good time!

On m’a fait payer les enfants en adultes car entre le site hôtel.com et l’hôtel les contitions ne sont pas les mêmes. Du coup l’offre sur hôtel .com n’est pas favorable. Je trouve dommage que la plate forme de réservation ne soit pas paramétrer comme les réservations de l’hôtel.

Hotel de 500 habitaciones...con piscina pequeña i no suficientes hamacas ,si encima dejan la toalla a alas 7 i no aparecen en hasta las 15 ...Una de la animadoras(rubia,tiene menos gracia que yo que ya es decir,decia que estaba mareada mientras se pintaba los labios...)colas para ir a las comidas o desayunos , cenas de 20 min, poca variedad , no hablemos de el parquing porque es imposible aparcar a no ser que pages 25 por dia mas la fianza Por contra las de la limpieza, la de los recepcionistas, los chicos de el restaurante i el resto de animacion muy amabales , habitacion que prácticamente ni se escucha el exterior.

La posizione è eccellente. Direttamente fronte spiaggia. Basta passare il tornello dell'hotel e sei in spiaggia. L'hotel è davvero enorme, le piscine sono molto belle , la piccola per i bambini è il top.purtoppo in Agosto c'è parecchia gente quindi i lettini in piscina alle 9 sono già tutti occupati. Stesso discorso vale per la colorazione e vena bisogna scendere presto altrimenti si fa la coda

The photos are accurate in terms of the amenities, but the actual experience was much less of a “resort experience” than expected. Firstly, there are constantly lineups for everything. This resort, books, way too many people for what they have to offer for service. For starters, you cannot sit in any of the Deck chairs unless you wake up early before the breakfast opens and take turns with your group guarding the chairs. Otherwise people keep their stuff on them all day and you have to either stand in the pool or leave the grounds because the indoor spaces are not kept cool. For the price every guest should be guaranteed a comfortable place to spend time on the property each day they are there. Laundry services are advertised, but they are paid by item rather than guest use so be prepared to pay a minimum of five euro for one article of clothing. I suppose this is just a European thing but it’s almost impossible to avoid smoke which is a big problem if you are sensitive like I am. No place to fill your water and the up charge on all their beverages and food is outrageous. For example, a large bottle of water is four euro and a block away at the convenience store it’s one euro. The rooms are tiny and not very insulated. no coffee pot in the room. Difficult to move around if you have more than two people in a room as the beds take up most of the floor space. Guests are primarily families with small children so loud and a bit loud and chaotic. I would not stay here again

Front desk staff was very good, lots of issues like rooms not being cleaned until late afternoon, no mini bars after paying for them, and being told we can switch rooms our last day, but it really meaning to check out in the morning with no room access until the late afternoon and having to take luggage across hotel to store.
