"The room is spacious and the balcony has a beautiful view of the Pyramids. The staff are genuinely helpful with no expectations for a tip and even offer to order food for you because they will get cheaper prices as a local. Also, they do arrange airport transfers if you need. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. "Room was clean and as advertised. Staff were helpful and courteous. Bear in mind that this is a budget hotel - so there is no coffee or tea bags in the room, nor any cups. These will be provided if asked. It is a great location - good shopping nearby. Because of that there is traffic noise. Overall excellent value. They will provide a shuttle from the airport for a charge."

"We stayed there six nights altogether and the breakfast was the same every day apart from occasionally we had different fruit. If not using the lift we found the staircase very dirty. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were amazing but the bathrooms need some updating and to be a little cleaner. I would recommend this hotel. It is great value for money. "

"Good location right in front of the Sphinx and the tickets office make it convenient to get in and out of the Pyramids area without the need for transportation. Staffs are very nice and lovely. The room is good and comfortable. The surrounding areas are safe to walk about at night with all the restaurants and shops that open late. The hotel also has taxi service at fair price. Great overall experience and will definitely stay here again."

The staff were welcoming and provided me a birthday cake, in which unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat it because we arrived so late and were there for a short time and had a lot to do. The staff was so accommodating and served breakfast at the time we requested each morning. They also offered to transport us to different places and offered excursions. We will stay again. "
