"The Hotel was excellent, roof top breakfast was fantastic with view of the pyramids great service also rooftop restaurant. The hotel manager Aladin offered a tour from the hotel we were able to make a deal with him for a 2 day pyramid and city tour. "These people are irresponsible liars. I had a confirmed reservation. Upon arrival past midnight in a filthy and dangerous part of Giza, they said that the place was closed for renovation and tried to put me in a filthy hostel instead. I wrote to Hotels.com and explained this and did not even get a reply. My advice is not to book with Hotels.com"
