"You need new owners in there. It needs a lot of work. The elevators didn’t work. My room wasn’t ready when I got there. They told me to come back in a half an hour, and it still wasn’t ready. Sheets were ripped pillowcases had spots floors were not vacuumed. coffee machine was shut off at 10 AM horrible"

"Although the reception was friendly I feel she could have done more. When we ask for more blankets she said she only had one left. I was shocked to hear this. I asked if this was the case of one extra blanket for room and she said no. That she only had one blanket left and that’s all. The hotel overall was old and broken and dirty. Room felt stuffy and it had a bad odor. The shower was extremely hard to turn on. We left and got a new hotel reservation. We couldn’t stay there any longer. "

"The hotel was ok. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The pool was very dirty and both hot tubs had a water ring on them and the water level was very low. We didn’t end up using the pool or hot tubs. "

"The location was far from the freeway. But it was close to major roads. The room was very clean and felt new. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and fresh. Overall we liked it and will stay there again. "

"The pool is a lot smaller in real life and the slide really hurt going down but other than that it’s was a great room. There are a lot of fees though so be prepared."

"Never once did a housekeeper come in to the room. We ran out of soap and conditioner in 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and ran intermittently. No ventilation in the bathroom. No security block on the window and the screen was pushed out. Hallway carpets were filthy."
