"Clean and tidy property.
The staff both dont want to be there and are rude to customers.
I was told the room wasn’t available for check in until 4 pm. The sign said 3pm as did the key card!
I came back after 7pm
No sleep in - house keeping banging the door at 7am for a one night stay. They want you out as soon as possible.
Sadly they have no real competition so can be very poor quality and folks have no real choice to go elsewhere and that shows.
If you can stay somewhere else, do...
"It was such a beautiful stay, staff were accommodating but I wish we could have had more of a discount because the power went out the day we were checking in so we had no AC or any means to stay cool and it was very hot."
"Unfortunately there was no remote for the very nice TV. The manager we called said he would get another but we never heard back. Not too much else to do in the room."
