"We took a chance and decided to book an apartment hotel instead of the traditional hotels as we like more space. We really loved the deluxe duplex with Be Mate Torino. It has a bedroom with a double bed on the first level and a loft with a king size bed. We didn’t hang out on the terrace but it was huge. "The unit was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It was conveniently located for walking to major attractions, shopping and transit. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with what we needed. Communication was great with hosts. Often when you book online it often doesn't live up to expectations but in this case it surpassed all our expectations. It was truly a luxury accomidation and I would highly recommend a stay there."

The hotel feels like it was far grander in previous times - upkeep not maintained. Not providing basic amenities (1 soap dispenser and no shampoo, soap, lotion etc), is pretty poor these days. Breakfast smelled great but chose to each at local cafes. Didn’t realise the spa wasn’t free for guests"

"This was perfect for our stay. A very nice apartment, with French doors and a balcony wrapped around the corner. We were able to keep the doors open and the shutters closed to stay cool all night. The bathroom was a great size, it was nice to have a full kitchen for our drinks and breakfasts. Great experience"

"This is a small apartment about 15 minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station and the very elegant city centre parade. Maria is very friendly and helpful. Spotless clean and well equipped. Very central for touring the city. The room had little natural sunlight. No couch or arm chair but otherwise very comfortable."

"We had a fantastic stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, large with tall ceilings, big windows, a nice little balcony, and a huge walk in shower. Would stay here again. The spa facilities were a great way to relax after the long day, I wish they were open a little later. Some additional amenities in the room such as wine glasses or lotion would have been nice. Overall really enjoyed our stay."
