"This is a true find in the center of Turin. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week, even though I was injured and they took such good care of me here. It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay. There are many restaurants around and cafés and museums."

"I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"Eran súper amables tanto las limpiadoras como las personas con las que hablé por whatsapp. En cuanto a la atención por Whatsapp, estaban siempre atentos y contestaban al momento, además de ser súper agradables. La habitación era súper bonita y cómoda, además de estar súper limpia. Nos encantó la estancia allí. Está súper bien localizada, se llega a todo en cuestión de minutos. Si volviera a Turín, definitivamente iría allí!"
