The staff member on reception was excellent - Lauren. Breakfast was good, lots of staff ensuring the buffet always stocked and food was fresh. Bar is dated and house white wine dreadful. Room comfortable if slightly dated, bed comfortable.

The receptionist was far from welcoming - very matter of fact.
