"Very warm for a winter stay. Great in-room facilities. Some of the appliances like the dryer and dishwasher need some maintenance, but good enough for a quick stay. Helpful to have off street parking. Walking distance to Metro."

"Close to Macquarie Park transport more than Macquarie University
We were on level 2 and the noise from the road made it really hard to sleep - hotel is on a downhill section of a main road before lights so trucks etc constantly braking.
Was clean and fine - just noisy."

"Staff were nice. However the room looked clean but it was very dusty . If you are sensitive and have dust allergies like me, I do not recommend this place. We complained and they said they would send a maid but they never did.
The tv remote didn’t work but they gave us new batteries instantly. We wanted to open the window because of the dust but it was jammed. They called a repairman immediately and it was fixed .
Each level has one washing machine but you can only use the washing machine on...

"Loved the apartment- excellent in terms of location- as NB locals we didn’t have issues with parking as we had the sticker but something to consider if coming by car.
We love the property. Would absolutely stay there again. Would be great if host would reach out to us to talk about check in process as I didn’t realize it would be through their hotel and no number was listed on google either. "On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay)
we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...
