"Nice rooms, good location, on the river. Breakfast was good, not great. Free parking a huge plus, but using (free) valet or hiking several flights of stairs was a bit of a pain. Bed was just ok. Super helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again."

"We were only in town briefly for a concert, so we didn't have the chance to enjoy all of the hotel's amenities, but the customer service alone made this a five-star experience. I had booked a room with two queen beds months in advance, but shortly before our stay I was notified that, due to hotel renovations, that room type was no longer available. "We sent for valet at 7 am to get our vehicle. No one knew where the valet person was. Finally after waiting for 2.5 hrs at 9:30 another employee showed up and the one that was working overnight we watched get out of her car. She was sleeping. There were 4 of us waiting for cars. Horrific service for a hotel such as this."

"Be sure to ask for a room that is away from the highway. The traffic was so loud! And the A/C unit which could have drowned it out made it sound like we were sleeping in an engine room. Staff said they couldn't move us because we'd booked with a third party (expedia)."

"Stayed in the king suite which had a kitchenette including a full size refrigerator with freezer. Clean and updated. Kids slept on pull out. Great for family or guests. Pool was very small and only 4 feet- but enough for a quick dip. No hot tub. Gym was nice and clean. Great access to many downtown and restaurants on foot."

"It was probably a beautiful hotel at one time but it is now older and needs upgrades to the rooms. The vents are visibly dirty, there is a damp mold/mildew smell, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The very small tv worked with a digital antennae and didn’t work half the time. There was no microwave. There was no liner on the shower curtain so the curtain had mold. There is no complimentary breakfast. We loved that the hotel collaborated with Anthrocon and offered a shuttle. ...
