"The breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs and grayish sausages. Both pancake machines were out of order. The toaster barely warmed up my English muffin. We requested a new box of tissues for our room as the one we had was almost empty. We were told someone would be up right away. It took several hours. Same with clean towels. We requested some for our second night, but never received them "

"There was only 1 ice machine for 5 floors and sometimes it was empty too.
They charged my credit card for the full stay even though I had pre-paid for the stay.
I reserved a King Suite, but they checked me into a Queen Suite. They did offer to move me the next day. "
