"The hairdryer in our room did not work. When asked for a new one, was taken to 3 different rooms until we found one that worked. The towels were pretty thread bare but the room did appear clean. Would not stay here again with other options available nearby."

"This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

"Very nice hotel. Room had fridge, but no microwave ( no biggie for us). Coffee was available 24 hours in lobby . Room was modern and had plenty of USB ports."

"Decently clean room (some stained linens). I liked the room layout (partition between couch and bed area, vanity separate from rest of bathroom) Staff was ok. A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open....

"The property was clean, and newer-looking. The location was great. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Easy access. A lot of amenities around. Breakfast was surprisingly lacking. I would use this hotel again anytime I travel to Louisville. "

"The receptionist was wonderful at check in! She gave us ideas on where to go to get the Louisville experience! The breakfast was also quite decent for a hotel! Overall clean place and extremely satisfied. "

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...
