"Just amazing. 400 m from the Violetts Gondola and they still offer a shuttle to the lifts. The staff are incredible. A beautiful welcome, smiles and genuine hospitality. The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a gem and massively added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you to all. "

"Nicely positioned with a balcony overlooking the main square. A two minute walk to the castle behind. Excellent pasta in the restaurant below and of course the Italian gelato was welcome."

"This is a two star hotel, but the quality at which it is kept makes it feel as though it is much, much better! Seriously happy with this hotel, very clean, close to everything (as every hotel in Zermatt is), good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast is good, although if you like bacon/eggs/sausage there isn’t any except some eggs which you have to boil yourself. Other than that there was a wide variety of bread and pretzels, yoghurts, ham, cheese and cereal and some fruit. For the price paid...

"Chambre propre avec une vue sur les montagnes. Il faisait très chaud et il n’y avait pas de climatisation donc un petit ventilateur aurait été apprécié. La réception ouvre seulement à partir de 14:30."

"Das Hotel ist eine Melkkuh. Es findet wenig Unterhalt statt und die Reparaturen sind eine Bastlerei. Dafür wird ordentlich abkassiert. Bei mindestens einem Notausgang fehlte der Schlüssel in der roten Box und somit wären wir im Falle eines Brandes stecken geblieben. Die Brötchen beim Frühstück sind vom Vortag. Der Kaffee schmeckte nicht. Im türkischen Bad ist das Licht kaputt (also sehr Dunkel drin) und das Hotel weiss Bescheid. Auch der Geruch im türkischen Bad war leider nicht besonders gut....

"This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. Best breakfast and afternoon snacks."

"Highly recommend this nice little hotel. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. The location is great, near everything but stop very quiet (apart from some construction nearby during our visit). The view of the Matterhorn from the rooftop terrace is magical."

"Vị trí thuận lợi, cách ga Brig ~600m, khách sạn trên mặt đường nên dễ tìm, có thang máy tiện cho người mang hành lý cũng có thể đi bộ từ ga đến. Vệ sinh sạch sẽ Không gian yên tĩnh, dù tầng 1 là bar nhưng không ảnh hưởng Gần nhà có siêu thị hoặc đối diện ga Brig cũng có Coop tiện mua sắm. Và cuối cùng là nhân viên rất đáng yêu. Check in tại khách sạn Adaastra ngay gần Adhoc. Nói chung nên ở đây nha. "
