Our room was large and updated. We did have a challenge figuring out all of the electronics to get the lights on and shades closed."

"Perren is near the train station, easy walking distance. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful, not just the receptionists, but the housekeeping, maintenance, dining staff. All were helpful and always had a smile on their face. I had a small single room, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom big enough for a tub, and I had a nice balcony overlooking the city, unfortunately not on the side where the Matterhorn was.
