"I would highly recommend this place! Stunning views (ask for the park facing if you could) and incredibly convenient. Just downstairs to the apartment - Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurants (super reasonably priced) and plenty of cafes. Check in was easy and the access code keys were convenient. Apartment itself was spacious and had a nice working kitchen to suit our needs. Defo will be coming back here if visiting krakow again!"

"We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the split level apartment. The place was clean and well presented. Bed was reasonably comfortable but would definitely benefit from some new pillows as the ones provided were small and well used (in fairness to the host i did not get a chance to raise this issue during in my stay due to a hectic schedule!) "Room had portable air conditioner, but was lacking the attachement for the window , so window had to be ipen all teh time , so heat and bugs still came in. Room was hot but staff provoded estra portable fans to cool it down. Room wqs on the 3rd european floor, 4th floor really and dragging suitcases up was fun. Reql hazard was floor and tiles in the bathroom, tiles were moving and sharp edges were scraping pur feet. We had to be very careful . That was apartement E2."

"The room was nice and spacious but cleaning standards are not there. We found shaving residue in the bathroom mirror and sink and hair on the pillowcases indicating cleaning from previous guest was approximative. We request new pillowcases that were supplied, funny enough we changed them and the dirty ones were left on the floor but housekeeping did not pick them up for 2 days. It might be their cleaning standards ( looking at reviews from previous users , people do settle for less these days)....
