"Good location, walkable to many things. Was unable to check in early but the receptionist (very nice woman with pink hair) allowed us to check in our bags and put our electronics in another save. Once checked in we headed to our room where only 2 of the 4 beds had sheets and blankets and not enough bath towels for the amount of people on our reservation. Breakfast was ehh."

"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers.
