"The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. In addition Abdullah was extremely kind and helpful in terms of advice on how to deal with safety and haggling prices in the nearby souks. The building has really beautiful art, and the Riad itself is a really nice place to relax, with many beautiful sitting rooms throughout the Riad. The dinner, although somewhat pricey, was really fantastic - again very attentive and kind staff. Some words on how accommodating the staff were: clear and easy communication with staff through the Expedia app. At both dinner and the complimentary breakfast, they put a lot of effort into ensuring there was gluten free dishes for my wife (Celiac’s). My parents needed somewhere to wait for their flight for ~5 hours, and there was no problem with bringing them with the driver, staying at the Riad until the afternoon and getting them a driver to the airport. I really felts my family was safe and taken care of - huge compliments to the staff for a wonderful atmosphere!"

"This is a beautiful property just 30mins from marrakech which is an oasis of relaxation that looks like a palace set in olive gardens away from the hustle and bustles with the most attentive staff. Excellent transfers from and to airport which they contacted us ahead of time to organise without any prompting. Nothing was too much effort and they always thought of things ahead. Best service have ever experienced and the room with plunge pool was so well thought out in terms of space and luxury. The manager Mahmoud knows everything happening with your stay without you needing to tell him, the housekeeping staff talia left toothpaste when she noticed ours running out and Ayoub at breakfast was so attentive and provided recommendations. Just the right size hotel for a great stay and amenities without being too big. Kids club was adored by the children mainly as it allowed them to bond with other children. They loved being able to borrow bikes which was free of charge. Lovely breakfast, only thing would say is that it would be nice to have more variety at breakfast in terms of dishes. "

"Lovely warm welcoming staff, always ready to help. Comfortable, clean rooms with wonderful beds/bedding and superb showers. Delicious food with a very wide choice, including several different restaurants. Fantastic pools, communal areas and gardens. Excellent for families as well as couples."
