Riad tại Morocco

"To be honest, I did not have accurate information from them at the time of booking. My room was booked for me as standard room, there was no TV and no safety deposit box. They have had pluming issue and no hot water, the staff seemed nice and empathetic but their management is poorly organized or receptive to visitors comfort and very defensive when they are asked for their attention. Depends on how you book, obviously you get very wide variety of service differences and I generally not happy...

"We traveled to Morocco with our 1.5-year-old toddler and stayed for 6 nights. Unfortunately, considering the price we paid, the experience did not meet our expectations. The main issue was cleanliness. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and daily housekeeping seemed to take only 10–15 minutes, mostly changing bed linens and doing a quick tidy-up. The bathroom, in particular, was not cleaned to the standard we expected. Breakfast was also very repetitive, with pretty much the same options...

"Exceeded every expectation. Communication, property, staff all superb. Abdullah was responsive via booking website and handled all logistics expertly. Cannot recommend enough!"
