周りには何もないが１日の時間が過ごせ、食事等レストランでだいたいの物はそろっているので十分。マニラの繁華街で朝までktvで騒ぐのも良いが、同じお金を使うなら、自分に贅沢な使い方をしたい。

Place is nice but very bad service

The resort was nice, fairly new. The staff were courteous but not well trained. Despite our early dinner reservation, our table was not prepared in advance. Our food orders were delayed, mixed up and wrong. We also made a reservation for the family room but it was not honored because according to a different staff it was on a first come first serve basis. Just utterly bad service.

It had amenities for every age group in the family-a beach and a pool for water lovers, a fitness center for the gym bods, a jungle gym for the toddlers and children and a game room for the adolescents.

What i like about this hotel they provide almost everything facility wise, they have air-conditioned gym area! Indoor playground air-conditioned also, outdoor pool just step away from the beach, billiards, gaming area which at the time we stayed they said its not available since they don't have CD’s, karaoke room(with additional charge- P2500) cleanliness is ok! the poolneed more cleaning and enhancing esp. the water since theres a lot of plants around the area also the beach area, room corridors have plenty of Beatles around and sometimes it gets inside the room which is not good for the kids! The receiving area is not well ventilated aircon is not at its coolest when u ask about it the staff just said that its because theres so many people at that time which is i think not valid we are like not more than 15 people at that time so pano pa pag madami na diba? Also the staff are not so very understanding about my concern they still let me pay for 1 additional person since my complain is that when i booked it with expedia its states there its for 4persons including breakfast but i paid it anyway since i dont want to ruin my birthday celebration ( sana man lang may paconsuelo de bobo)! The room ammenities is fair enough the only lacking is laundry basket/plastic though yung cabinet medyo cheap ang materials pero can do!

The personnel at the front desk are very slow. They talked a lot, and they need four additional computers in order to run their operation smoothly.
