"This hotel is so clean and nice. It's in the perfect location for times square. The gym is overlooking all the big screen tv's in times square. The restaurants and bar is really nice. Most of the time when I am in New York I go out to eat at a place I never ate at. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was blessed with a credit for each of the two days that I was there to use at the restaurant. I ate breakfast there both days and it was extremally nice. The most impressive thing were the elevators they are well organized with specific elevators to take you to your floor. No wait time and the process of having to have a key card for the elevators to bring you only to the common areas and your floor made me feel really safe. Staff was really nice as well down to the security officers helping and instructing where to check in. I forgot to put DND sign on my door and they cleaned my room while i was gone just lovely.... made me smile I usually keep my room clean myself and find the maids if I need something the next day. Don't hesitate stay at this hotel you won't be sorry splurge you deserve !"

"Excellent location!!!!! Times Square around the corner, Madison Square Garden down the street! The hotel entrance is cool and smells fresh every walkthrough! Was able to check in early without extra fees. Definitely would stay again!!! Room was cozy and cool after the first night. Keep blinds closed and air on when leaving"

"I feel like you never know what to expect with a NYC hotel however The Empire Hotel exceeded my expectations. We were located minutes to Columbus Circle and Central Park and many restaurants nearby inlcuding a Mexican restauarnt and rooftop lounge with skyline views onsite. Room was sizeable with a mini fridge, rainfall shower and king size bed with pull out sleeper sofa. 10 out of 10 starts, best NYC hotel I have stayed at so far"
