"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was very efficient. Location was convenient to a lot of places in New York, especially Central Park. Room was nice and clean upon arrival. Close to the subway station too so made traveling around New York doable."

"Very expensive! The room is super small without anyservice. It was not easy to contact the hostel manager when we arrived and need the support. "

"If possible, get the 6 person room with the private bathroom. The pods were roomy and comfy, all controls were inside (lights, charging ports, sockets) and you could lock and unlock your pod from your phone. Was close to public transportation and a choice of restaurants all around. Central Park was a stones throw away. I will definitely be staying there again. Wasn't overly expensive, well worth the price paid."
