"You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. With the price of this location, the beds should be worth the price. The window fans do not keep the...

"We appreciated the clean, cute room in a great location near Madison Square Garden, with three full beds to accomodate our group. Hosts were good at getting back to me when I reached out in advance with questions. The entrance door was a bit hard to find as some addresses of other doors in the same building were out of numerical order, and the entry instructions we received mentioned the address would be on an "awning" but it was actually printed on glass above the door - there is no awning. We...

"Location was great, the place was great! My key box pin number I was given did not work but luckily the front desk person was still there and was able to give me a spare key to use. MInor hiccup but still would stay there again!"

"The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints."
