I honestly don’t know what all the complaints about noise are about, all 4 lodges were occupied and we had zero noise issues. The room was clean, the property was clean, and it was easy to find. "This is our second time staying here and it’s a great location and an excellent price. While there’s no breakfast or pool, the rooms are HUGE so comfortable for families with older kids. You can cook in your room and there’s so much room for everyone to relax and stretch out. "

"Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee."

"Bed uncomfortable, walls not soundproofed. Too noisy, tvs too loud with normal volume from adjacent rooms. Overall not a comfortable environment. "

"Visible of poor maintenance and upkeep. The a/c unit needs maitenance, room smelled of smoke and alcohol, and the bedding smelled. We were tired and just kept the reservation but did not shower due to the linens and uncleaniness."

"Nice clean room and bathroom . Nice walk-in shower. Loved that they had chargers / outlets everywhere in the room, we weren’t having to take turns charging electronics. Another detail I liked was the bathroom lighting , it was the soft white light instead of harsh fluorescents. Only thing i didn’t like was the ice machine on our floor was out of order and the shower head only had enough water pressure on the hot setting. I would stay there again."

"I liked that the room was clean and safe. The front office attendant was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was lackluster. One thing that really stuck out to me was the fact that the owner of the property drove around in a high-end Porsche, while workers pushed around Target grocery carts to collect linens. On first sight I thought homeless were camping out. But it appears the owner won’t even invest in proper equipment for workers to do their job. It’s absolutely shameful to tend to the...
