The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t believe us when we asked for more. The toilet and sink looked like they came out of a preschool bathroom. Extremely short . "Nice hotel, convenient location, with access to just about everything in the Ponca City area. Friendly staff and pretty good breakfast buffet. I had a brief problem with the shower, but it was quickly addressed by the staff (Someone had turned it off so tight it was locked up). I would recommend this hotel for travelers headed to Ponca, or the casinos north of Newkirk. Nice pool, but the jacuzzi was being repaired, so the only negative I can think of."

"We chose the Cimarron because of the quality, cleanliness and service the property is known for. Friday before check in, a family we're with received a call their room needed to be changed due to flooding. They were offered 2 king rooms, they declined because they're traveling with kids, so they stayed in the President's Suite. At no point was I contacted that there was an issue, so I assumed our room was not affected. Upon checking in, Brandon (manager) told me of the flooding, that no rooms...

"Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT ....."
