"Lack of staff support Loud at night , insulation failure Outage during our staying , no announcement , no hotel extra moderator Hotel didn’t follow up the refund as they promised . We one day early check out since hotel power system didn’t back up ,no AC , no service , but I only receive one room credit , I booked 3 rooms . I had to call Expedia for twice . Still didn’t resolve the problems . Disappointed"

"We were traveling with my elderly mother and had requested a room near elevators. Because our flight was delayed, we checked in rather late. Anu, at concierge, was amazing. She assured us our room was ready for us, with a perfect location near handicapped parking and exterior doors. She also upgraded us which made our stay perfect. The place has Great morning breakfast, located for easy off/on roads and near Wegmans! Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I would return to this...
