"Many things were not acceptable in regards to our room. The windows did not open fully due to the curtains blocking them and it was stifling hot. and when we tried to manipulate them, we were afraid they would break. The daily housekeeping was unacceptable - coffee cups were left dirty in the room, the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned at all, and in the bathroom the windows did not shut properly. The water from the shower went all over the floor. In the middle of our stay, we found a...

"A beautiful logis in a stunning village, a lovely relaxing place to stay, the pool was fantastic and very welcome in the hot weather."

"Incredible location and really lovely staff, however no aircon and also a bit too pet friendly with dog poo left in the garden"

"Quick lady check in. Clean, comfortable room."

"I have stayed in a lot of Chateaus- turned-hotels over my years of travel, so I think I can rave about this stay with credibility. It was a 10 out of 10. I loved the period architecture, the period fixtures, carvings, the 20’ ceilings, the paneled walls and matching room decor, and the thoughtful little things like the gourmet tea sachets, Nespresso/machine, and a shoe horn in the closet."

"The staff was kind and abundantly helpful."

"Great location. Privilege rooms worth extra cost - great views over river and Chateau . Parking v convenient. Nice bar and terrace . Didn’t have breakfast as v pricey - plenty of options in the town at half the price. Would return"

"Great breakfast, well places, close enough to the city but not too close and on-site parking"

"Visiting Sarah-Jane and Gerald at Beaumont estate was the highlight of our drive through the Loire valey. We thouroghly enjoyed Gerald's wine tour and tasting, and especially his wilingness to share his thougts and opinions as well as experience and knowledge regarding the making of wine. sampling the various expressions gave us a much better understanding of how the process and choises of the winemaker affects the final product. In addition, the wines were truly great, so thank you both for...
