"Room clean but furniture a bit sparse ."

"The caravan park is in a gorgeous position with unbeatable scenic views over the water and mountains and is tranquil and well run. The very old cottage we hired is adequate but showing its age quite badly. and could do with a refresh. Although it comes with kitchen provisions eg plates saucepans etc they are fairly sparse particularly since the cottage sleeps up to 7. Fridge is large however and quite new. The fully enclosed little area at back is a bonus if you have a dog. Tv works well,...

"The staff were very helpful. I did not receive any code for the lock box, called after hours number and a staff member was there to let me in, in two minutes. Very family friendly and my doggie loves the place and the beach that he runs on. I stayed two days this time and really enjoyed myself. The nights were very quiet and I slept well. "Mal eine Abwechslung zu den austauschbaren Kettenhotels. Eine kleine Pension mit 4 Zimmern und einem geteilten Aufenthaltsbereich inkl. Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstück wird individuell vom sehr netten Gastgeber Leo und hat super geschmeckt. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung, wenn ma mal ein wenig anders übernachten will."

"Location was lovely, nice walks along the river. ( Spotted a Grey Nurse shark). Enjoyed a meal at the bowls club nearby with discount from the motel. Drove to Port Macquarie and had a lovely time there. Went to the Koala rescue centre too. Room on the small side, had to live out of suitcase due to tiny wardrobe etc. Although there was a microwave, fridge & kettle it was all a tight fit. Try for a larger room. Pleasant staff."

"Walk to lake, shops and club. Really clean and has a great BBQ area. Beware if booking with Expedia as the price quoted is not the price charged. Expedia shows the price in another countries currency but does not advise you if this, so when they charge you they convert to Australian dollars and the price increased by $226.00"

"The room was quite ordinary for the price. Not sure if the room standards vary based on who you book it thru ( in this case Expedia ). After we booked-in we got locked out, the card wouldn't work, had to go to Reception to let us in, not sure what would have happened if the reception desk wasn't manned. The vinyl floor outside the bathroom was swelling due to water damage. Bathroom door handle did not work properly, the bathroom vent wasn't working, had to leave the window open constantly, mould...
