Nothing, the unit was upstairs, very small room, couldn't swing a cat in, ran out of hot water in shower, value for money, dreadful!!!! far too expensive for what you got, couldn't recommend.

Potholes caused damage to car and kids were unable to ride their bikes. Also not prepared well, lawns not mowed and rubbish evident, but rubbish quickly removed once office staff were alerted.

Perfect location with beautiful views of the river, you can walk over the bridge to Moruya for shops or markets when they are on as well as close to Mogo, beaches and Zoo. Batemans Bay isn't too far either if you wanted to go there. Great for kids with playground and pool. Highly recommend.

Checked in after hours to motel room 1. Check in was fine and key was left in safe. Went to the room and found a lot of black things all over the bed and shower and sink. A few ants too. I looked it up and it was either termite dust or fleas. Tried to call the after hours emergency number listed but no one answered. Tried for an hour no luck. Texted the number but decided to book at the pub instead. Eventually got a text back saying sorry about that was it everywhere or just the bed. I said everywhere so could I please get a refund. Never got a text back. Next day went in and they said oh yes we can refund you which was nice. I know things like this happen and that’s fine but the lack of communication after was pretty poor.

our cabin has a palm tree next to the veranda for the last three nights we were woken with fruit dropping onto the veranda which was very annoying, maybe put some diversion away from veranda, everything else was great

We loved the stay, also the kids enjoyed the play area and pool. It was nice to have a balcony with the view where you can sit and relax.

Good facilities at this park for kids (I didn’t have any children with me). Excellent camping kitchen/eating area (which I didn’t use). The park is nicely sited between the river and agricultural land.

This place urgently needs upgrading! The bathroom in our cabin was very cramped and grungy. The shower was straight out of the 1970s and the water was cold in the morning. The kitchen facilities were fine and the bed was clean and comfortable. We were unable to access the wifi and with the office being closed from 5.0 pm we could do nothing about this.

The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The facilities were great. Big jumping pillow, swimming pool, heated outdoor spa, tennis court, indoor ping pong table and lounge and outdoor BBQ’s very clean. All the facilities and amenities were in excellent condition and grounds well kept, gardens very nice. View of river from room was lovely. Bed and linen clean and comfy.

Property was good but no hot water for all 3 days of staying there. Pretty disappointed not being able to shower after a beach swim
