For example, the breakfast which was really quite good was served buffet style. The buffet was fine, but nothing was plated. Guests had to grab bread, muffins, and strudel from their plastic containers. "They had no plates for breakfast. They said they ran out of plates because people were taking them to their rooms. I recommend having paper plates as backup. Everyone had to use little sauce bowls to eat they breakfast which doesn’t fit items like waffles etc. The property is very new and clean but they need additional staff, better management. "first, the staff are very gery friendly. however inside the room thete is no water or anything. when we asked i was tols that i need to go down to the reception to get a bottle of water !!! Also the reason why i booked it becaused i wanted a hotel near the airport. this is not bear at all. it's over 15 mins drive. the following morning when we had the shuttle to the airport, the driver won't drop our luggages unless we help him !!! i personally have a frozen sholder issue and i couldn't eveb...
