"In diesem Zimmer war fast alles kaputt. Angefangen vom gebrochenem Spiegel beim Eingang. Weiter gings mit der mobilen Klimaanlage die mit Tixo zusammengeklebt war und somit die Hitze gleich wieder ins Zimmer pustete. Beim Bett war auch noch der Rückenteil gebrochen.
Ansonsten war das Zimmer ok, keine Suite aber schön geräumig.
Das Frühstück hat auch gut gepasst.
Schön war die Nähe zur Innenstadt und die Aussicht vom Balkon über Salzburg.
Das Personal war sehr nett, aber repariert wurde nichts"

"Liked the nearby bus connections and location walkable to Old City. Taxi stand just outside too. Breakfast was great with splendid courtyard. Luggage storage and available tea/coffee in common area opening to courtyard was convenient. Room AC was good; noticeable temperature changes between hall and other non AC spaces. We upgraded to balcony and there are some views of the tops of the mountains and building. We didn’t have much time to enjoy it though."

"Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience
We booked this hotel based on the beautiful rooms pictured online, only to arrive and be placed in a completely different room that was old, shabby, small, and run down. It looked nothing like what we booked or what was advertised.
When we questioned the room assignment, management argued with us rather than offering a reasonable solution. We were charged $1,400, and despite leaving the property within five minutes of arriving, the hotel refused...

"The room was clean and well presented, lots of space, I stayed in the double classic and the beds were very comfy.
The staff were always happy to help with questions and worked with a smile and nothing was too much. We arrived back late hungry after an event and they even cooked us a snack.
The food was always full of flavour and freshly cooked and would advise eating at the restaurant if you get chance.
We booked a massage and the guy was great, the massage too.

"Great hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Little tricky finding it if you’re driving. Apple Maps is not your friend. If you’re American it will make you mad trying to find it. Being Canadian I was half mad. And then apologized. But when you do find it, the location can’t be beat. Staff was amazing. They speak English. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
