We booked ourselves in a day early so our early arrival actually was a late checkin by hotel standards. But we went right to bed rested for a few hours then did some shopping locally."

"We needed to check in early due a medical issue. Our room wasn’t available but just as we were about to leave the hotel staff ran out to tell us it was available. She got us checked it, ordered a morning breakfast, and got us situated. Absolutely the BEST customer service. This was on August 12th at 3:00.
