We did have 2 connecting rooms but my original booking that I had cancelled well in advance on Expedia never showed up on Hilton Heidelbergs end. I had to prove I had cancelled and had to forward emails to show that I did indeed cancel the first connecting rooms. Once that was fixed, the rest of the stay was ok. "
