"This hotel is amazing!!!! Front desk staff super friendly, in fact, every employee I encountered was friendly. The room was clean, smelled good, and decorated so great! Bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing. So many options, and fully stocked. I highly recommend staying here. My expectations were greatly exceeded, and I will be a repeat customer."

"Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. "Go somewhere else, the property isin need of repairs, the free breakfast tasted like it is old saved food. Ketchup made more tasty. The yogurt was the tasted the best."

"Nice clean rooms at a great price. Breakfast was good. Waffle maker was handy. Some choices like oatmeal or donuts would have been nice. Great stay overall"

"The bed was comfortable and accommodations were fine. Staff was very helpful. The bathroom tub's faucet could activate the shower; however, the faucet remained on as well! Could not shut the water off at the faucet while showering. What a waste of water!"

"The room was a mess. Bugs all over the floor, wrappers on the floor, tub was rusty, bath mat was wet. Furniture in lobby was worn badly. We asked for a different room and the second room had chip crumbs on the floor so it wasn’t vacuumed either. I asked for a vacuum and vacuumed it myself. I was not offended a refund even after complaining to two different staff members. This place is absolutely disgusting. "

"This room defied my expectations. At first I thought it was in a more run down part of town, but pulling up it was right next to a shopping center. The room was nicer than expected and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The hallways were not that clean and one of the outside doors was covered in these disgusting mayflies. The Continental Breakfast was lacking, with only some cereal and breakfast bars. I couldn't figure out how to change the channel on the TV and it only pars Cars 1, but I...

"The reviews and photos online were very misleading. We were warned not to eat the breakfast, which was set up in a closed restaurant. The bedding was stained, the towels were burned with holes in them. Our smoke detector was hanging by a wire. "

"There were flies all over the interior of the property. The food was good. The bar mixologist was mediocre. The rooms were nice, but I had small bugs in my room. The staff was very nice"

"Was a little taken aback about the lack of an elevator. While clean, the property definitely needs a bit of updating. I appreciated the lower price point and it was very quiet. Beds were comfy but rooms were stuffy, the AC didn’t seem to be able to keep up!"
