"The property was very clean, and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, the comfort of the room really affected my stay. My room was noisy throughout the night, the bed was uncomfortable, and the blanket provided was not warm enough.
Cleanliness and customer service were both excellent, but a hotel stay ultimately comes down to being able to rest comfortably. Since I did not sleep well, I would probably choose a different property next time."

"There was an overall sense of dirtyness. The door deadbolt didn't work, the toilet seat was loose, the elevator quit working the day after my arrival and needed to carry suitcase down the stairs from the third floor. The shower pressure was good and the bed didn't have bad smell. Expensive for what it is."
