Rooms clean and warm but could do with a freshen up decoratively. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the lack of disabled facilities. The ground floor rooms were sorted, but no walk in shower was available for us, and the small lift in the bar area was not working, nor did I see anyone attending ...

A great location for all of Salisbury. Everything was within walking distance. The cathedral was 2 minutes away. Parking was easy and had a £7.50 cost per day. The hotel itself was quaint beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Decor is a bit dated and looking shabby in a few areas ...
