"They don’t change bed sheets and there is a sperm spot on some of the sheets. They do towel and sheets laundry and scatters in tatami area in a room for staff. I was surprised what I saw because I order new beddings. Obviously they don’t sent their linens to professional for laundry and disinfecting. The staff offers. Ice crean snack for the complain or for what I had found? The onsen area are so filty also the public bath area. The room smells like cigarettes! I found some butts in the room...

"It is a hotel that is tucked away up a hill, but it’s very quiet and quaint. The service is above and beyond, as our hotel manager reached out to offer us a ride from the bus stop in advance and saved us what would have been a very difficult walk uphill. He also gave us a ride to Togendai station where we were able to catch the ropeway, scenic cruise, and grab dinner. "Everything about this hotel said relaxation and rejuvenation. We could feel it as soon as we stepped onto the property. The complimentary buffet breakfast and dinner had so many delicious options! We enjoyed the open air baths as well. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!"

"My group stayed at Villa H. Clean room and has the basic amenities. The location was convenient to other areas. We used a rental car, but there is also a bus stop right outside. Villa H was placed above another loft, so getting our larger luggage was a bit difficult, but we were aware of the room placement so no issues at all. Overall we really enjoyed the Villa and location. Thank you!"
