"Check in was quick but the attendant wasn’t friendly. We were looking for ice and all he had to say was - no ice. My room didn’t have a shower head, lacked a set of robes and slipper which I had made the staff aware."

"Definitely recommend staying at the Hotel Touring in Carpi!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially since I do not speak Italian. The room was very clean and great shower pressure. :-) Excellent breakfast, included in my reservation cost, with a wide variety of hot and cold items. ..."
